Our stay at the Hotel Cezanne was largely positive. The spacious and comfortable junior suite made our time there enjoyable. The staff, especially Lucille, went above and beyond to assist us with everything from restaurant recommendations to transportation. However, our experience was marred slightly by the negative interactions with two reception staff members. Overall, I would consider staying here again despite the mixed service experience.
